 | Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Larry Donovan, and I have been in the residential construction field since 1978. As owner operator of L J Donovan Construction, I have had the pleasure of building some beautiful homes for some very satisfied owners. As a hands-on builder, I not only have knowledge of all construction trades, but have actually performed all tasks required for the construction of a new home. I have built homes in some of the area's top developments, including Country Club Estates and Delta Lake Estates in the Rome NY area, Northwoods in Marcy NY, Southwoods in Utica NY, and Cedar Point and Paris Heights in New Hartford NY, just to name a few. In addition, not only was I the builder, but also the designer, land developer and owner of The Orchards and Strawberry Fields in Whitestown NY.
